In Thailand, chess is a very popular hobby
for both children and adults. The Chess Club at our
school is now in its fourth year and proving to be just as popular
as ever. Although the Thai people have their own special version
of chess, the students also enjoy playing the more well-known
world version. The Chess Club meets every Tuesday lunch time
in the Club Room. The students have the choice to play Thai Chess
or the World version against their friends or the computer. |
